As part of Nissan’s Brand Week, we were asked to create a launch film, to kick off the festival and inspire staff and senior leaders.
With an almost-impossible turnaround time, we dove into Nissan’s archives — pulling together moments from their history, as well as visionary concepts for their future — to create a short film that would prove to the team they’ve always had a ‘can do’ attitude.
We wrote the manifesto for this film, highlight these stories and instilling pride in Nissan’s brand DNA. To tell the team that they already embody this idea, that they’ve already got everything they need to tackle the next big chapter in Nissan’s story.
I was immensely proud of what my team created for this significant moment of Brand Week. But the best part of it was feeling the swell of pride in the room as over 400 employees watched it for the first time — and seeing a few tears in the client’s eyes.
