As part of their onboarding experience, Renault Australia asked us to create a brand book for their new customers, welcoming them into the family.
Renault has a long and colourful history — but it’s one that Australians haven’t heard. Throughout the book’s 200 pages, we unfolded more than 115 years of proud French heritage for readers — full of audacious innovations, triumphant motorsport victories and futuristic concepts — all told with the passion, confidence and joie de vivre for which the marque is known.
To captivate new fans and tell Renault’s story, I wrote the book along with my team — sourcing and restoring historical images, designing the layout, editing copy and managing print production — overseeing the creative from start to fin.
The book was a beautiful success. Owners were invited into Renault’s story and new fans were captured. But it didn’t stop there — when dealers, stakeholders, partners and senior staff read the book, they immediately requested copies for themselves.
The brand book became a beloved piece of history and a source of great pride for the whole team at Renault Australia — and one of my personal favourite projects.
